Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the securecycle container, please call us at 631-234-7362 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. The Container must be returned within a (15) fifteen days of the RMA Number issue. E-Solutions USA must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of the returned container. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ENCLOSED UPS PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL FOR RETURNS. All return items most be shipped prepaid and the container should be protected from shipping damages and all original documentation should be included. The items most arrive to E-Solutions USA in good condition in order to qualify for a credit. RMA processing time may vary depending on the product but generally processing time is 10 business days once the RMA is received and meet all following criteria: 1. Return with RMA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package 2. Return with all original documents and packaging. 3. No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier 4. Item is NOT out of the 15 day return timeframe when it is received.
Return Terms and Conditions
You may return the container within ten (10) days (the "Return Period") from the day you received the container (a 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns within ten (10) days). A twenty (20%) restocking fee will be charged for returns submitted between 10 and 30 days. A twenty five (25%) restocking fee will be charged for all returns between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days. E-Solutions USA reserves the right not to accept any returns for credit after sixty (60) days from the original sale of product. Please call us, 631-234-7362 for an RMA and return instructions. We will send you a refund following receipt of the unused securecycle Container. You will be required to provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
